It's worth reading short story with a beautiful message!

Take a minute off and read this. Here is a short story with a beautiful message...

Little girl and her father were crossing a bridge. The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter,"Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river." The little girl said, "No, Dad. You hold my hand.""What's the difference?" Asked the puzzled father. "There's a big difference," replied the little girl.

"If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go.But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go."

In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. So hold the hand of the person who loves you rather than expectingthem to hold yours...This message is too short......but carries a lot of Feelings.

Don't Mess with Old Ladies!!!

An older lady gets pulled over for speeding...

Older Woman: Is there a problem, Officer?

Officer: Ma'am, you were speeding.

Older Woman: Oh, I see.

Officer: Can I see your license please?

Older Woman: I'd give it to you but I don't have one.

Officer: Don't have one?

Older Woman: Lost it, 4 years ago for drunk driving.

Officer: I see...Can I see your vehicle registration papers please.

Older Woman: I can't do that.

Officer: Why not?

Older Woman: I stole this car.

Officer: Stole it?

Older Woman: Yes, and I killed and hacked up the owner.

Officer: You what?

Older Woman: His body parts are in plastic bags in the trunk if you want to see. The Officer looks at the woman and slowly backs away to his car and calls for back up. Within minutes 5 police cars circle the car. A senior officer slowly approaches the car, clasping his half drawn gun.

Officer 2: Ma'am, could you step out of your vehicle please! The woman steps out of her vehicle.
Older woman: Is there a problem sir?

Officer 2: One of my officers told me that you have stolen this car and murdered the owner.

Older Woman: Murdered the ! owner?

Officer 2: Yes, could you please open the trunk of your car, please. The woman opens the trunk, revealing nothing but an empty trunk.

Officer 2: Is this your car, ma'am?

Older Woman: Yes, here are the registration papers. The officer is quite stunned.

Officer 2: One of my officers claims that you do not have a driving license. The woman digs into her handbag and pulls out a clutch purse and hands it to the officer. The officer examines the license. He looks quite puzzled.

Officer 2: Thank you ma'am, one of my officers told me you didn't have a license, that you stole this car, and that you murdered and hacked up the owner.

Older Woman: Bet the liar told you I was speeding, too.

Moral of the story is : Don't Mess With Old Ladies

A Good Story

Some Tips to Stay Healthy

Good rest and sound sleep is veryImportant... if u don't sleep well,The toxic in your body will accumulate..Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, andartificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cookingoil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils likeolive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except ifthe body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver.Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies shouldbe finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits.Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very importantfor our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals accordingto "schedule." Because:

Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminatingunnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibodysystem (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxingor listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in anunrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring childrendoing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, andideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am : De-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleepstate.

Early morning 3 - 5am : De-toxification in the lungs. Therefore therewill sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time.Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere withtoxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am : De-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, youshould be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is verybeneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skipbreakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better toeat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleepingso late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removingunnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the timewhen the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

4 Things You Never Knew Your Cellphone Could Do...

This is my very first post. What should I post for my very first post? I'd like to post very handy and give important information to viewers of my blog. So, I decided to have one. Here it is:

4 Things You Never Knew Your Cellphone Could Do...

There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies.
Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for survival. Check out the things that you can do with it:

1) The emergency number worldwide for **Mobile** is 112 .

If you find yourself out of coverage area of your mobile network and there is an emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you,and interestingly this number 112 can be dialed even if the keypad is locked.

**Try it out**

2) Have you locked your keys in the car? Does you car have remote key?

This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone. If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on Their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away and if you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).

**It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car over a cell phone!"**

3) Hidden battery power

Imagine your cell battery is very low, you are expecting an important call and you don't have a charger. Nokia instrument comes with a reserve battery. To activate, press the keys *3370# Your cell will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will get charged when you charge your cell next timme.

4) How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?

To check your mobile phone's serial number, key in the following digits on your phone:
*#06#
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. When your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless. You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either. If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.
